Blue Angel is a lovely waterfront restaurant offering a number of cooking classes throughout the year. The chef uses local products and each class has a different theme. Past classes have included ‘how to cook local spanner crabs’, ‘seafood entrees’, ‘how to fillet a whole salmon’, ‘cocktail food’, ‘Asian with a twist’, and ‘Parisian bistro favourites’. Spaces are limited so reservations are essential.
